This is an early slip cap, eyedropper fill Waterman's 16. A great pen, but this one has a couple of issues. There are light plier marks to the section and the nib is a later replacement. On the positive side, the color is sharp and the pen is shiny and the imprint is easily readable. I believe that the marks could be minimized, and with a correct nib you would have a lovely pen.
