ASC, the Armando Simoni Club, is the successor company to OMAS. ASC bought OMAS's stock and tooling upon it's demise in 2016 but due to the vagaries of Italian law, they didn't get use of the name. 

The Bologna was their largest offering to date. It's an over-sized pen but still quite usable. It is made from OMAS' classic "Wilde" celluloid accented with white metal trim and an intricately inscribed gold nib with a white metal finish. Filling is by a captive piston unit that's adorned with a secret Deco style engraving.    (DAA-P)
