This Security pen is in excellent condition throughout. Made in the 1920s in Chicago IL, it was unique in having a built-in Check Canceler under the cap. Plating on the (patented) spring clip is perfect and the spring is as new. The pen is a twist-filler which appears to be inoperative. Sold in unrestored condition.
