This pen, issued in 1992 to celebrate the emerging European Union, is built on the famed modern OMAS Paragon chassis in the bright blue color of the EU flag. The distinctive cap band is adorned with twelve stars including a star highlighted by a small diamond. A lovely take on the classic OMAS form.
