The Pelikan M400, produced beginning in 1982 is every bit as good as the vintage 400 on which it is modeled and it offers the rugged convenience of a modern pen that can go anywhere and do everything. One of this model is among my travel pens.

This pen, with its nib sticker intact, is pristine. It shows no sign of having seen ink. It is the first generation M400 with a W Germany imprint.
