This is a perfect affordable, user-grade, starter M800. It has been made up from parts, the cap is from the 2006-11 era with the screened logo, while the barrel is an opaque green stripe from current production. The nib, however is an earlier two chick Medium with very good flex. (RP21)
A great gift pen for a non-collector fountain pen user!
