The Pelikan 400N is a wonderful artifact of German style. Introduced in December 1955 and made for just 11 months it was made to update the classic styling of the Pelikan 400. The problem is that the restyle was so subtle that no one recognized it, then or even now. As a result, lovely as these pens are, they are relatively uncommon. But they are essential to any serious Pelikan collection. This pen presents as near mint. (PE4591)
