The Aurora Etiopia is an iconic pen of great historical interest, at least to me as an historian. I long wanted one in the worst way, and that is what I got. The images kind of speak for the pen. Capped it looks fine. Remove the cap and enter Rick's Little Shop of Horrors. (By the way I did not do this damage, it came pre-damaged.) Examine the images and the features very closely to see just what is going on. Amazingly, the pen can be used, but only as a kind of bulb filler. If you wish to do that I will set it up that way.
